all (all administrator commands) User is granted all available powers below.
banip /showip <username> Display the IP address of the specified user. A '/banip' admin command is coming soon, as well.
/banip <username or IP address> ["forever" or #hours] Ban all connections from an IP address. The IP address can be provided directly or by referring to a user. Any user connected to the IP address is kicked off the server can cannot log back in until the ban expires. A ban can be set to last forever or a given number of hours (24 hours is the default.) Localhost connections cannot be banned.

/unban <IP address> Unban the given IP address.
broadcast /broadcast <message> Send <message> to all users logged into the server.
kick /kick <username> Kick the user out of the current chat room. Allows administrators to kick out users without having to be a room owner.
kill /kill <username> Kick the user off of the server; i.e. break their connection. Users who are killed can still reconnect to the server so this isn't completely effective against real troublemakers.
mute /mute <username> Silences the target user. The user cannot talk or send private messages. (The user is notified that they have been muted.) A user can unmute themselves by logging out and logging back in.
/silentmute <username> A variation of /mute in which the user is not told that they have been muted. The user may continue talking without realizing that no one can hear them.
/unmute <username> Remove a mute from a user.
owner:all (all room owner commands) User becomes an owner of all chat rooms, both temporary and permanent, on the server.
owner:permanent (all room owner commands) User becomes an owner of all permanent chat rooms on the server.
reload /reload_config Dynamically reload the Waychat Server configuration file. Changes to the configuration will be intelligently incorporated, such as altering user's powers and updating host IDs.
If the server port is changed then reloading the configuration will cause everyone connected to the server to be disconnected.
For now, reloading the server configuration does not effect users who are logged in. Users can get newly added powers by quitting and reconnecting.
rem /rem <message> 'Room emote' command. Display "* <message>" to all users in the room.
user_admin /user_admin add <username> <password> Create a new user account with the given username and password.
/user_admin delete <username> Delete the specified user account.
/user_admin grant <power> to <username> Grant the specified power to the specified user. You may only grant powers that you yourself have.
/user_admin list Displays a list of all user accounts and their powers.
/user_admin passwd <username> <password> Change the password for the given user account.
/user_admin powers Displays a list of all user powers.
/user_admin revoke <power> from <username> Revoke the specified power from the specified user. Revoking 'all' from a user does not remove the 'ALL' power; instead it revokes all user powers from the account.
/user_admin view <username> List the powers assigned to a user account.
These commands effect user accounts, so the effected users do not need to be logged in. In most cases the changes to accounts will be effective immediately if the user is logged in.
